Yes, for the most part. Script storage, rehearsal, and line-hiding all work fully offline. A few features use the internet: AI script import and camera scanning send your script to Google's Gemini service for the most accurate results (with an on-device fallback when you're offline), and on Android voice recognition uses Google's speech recognition service. On iOS, voice recognition uses Apple's Speech framework — Apple's online service when you're connected, falling back to on-device recognition when you're offline (where your device supports it).

First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, check that you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. Still stuck? Email me at the address above with your order/receipt details and I'll sort it out.

Your Pro purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so it should carry across any device you're signed into with that same account. Your script and rehearsal data, however, is stored locally on each device and doesn't currently sync between them.

Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by OffBook. For iOS purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, refunds can be requested through the Google Play Store's order history.

Maybe! OffBook's feature list is shaped almost entirely by feedback from performers actually using it. Send your idea over and I'll genuinely consider it.

Your scripts, productions and rehearsal history are stored on your device and there's no account behind any of it. The exception is the optional AI import and camera scanning, which send that content to Google to be read, and voice recognition, which is handled by Google or Apple depending on your platform. All of it is set out plainly in the privacy policy.
