Pro is bought inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. Prices vary by region and the store is always the final word on what you'll pay.

Why one payment

You're not renting your own script back

A show runs for a few weeks. Charging you every month for the privilege of knowing your lines would be a strange way to behave.

Nothing expires

Pro doesn't lapse between shows. Come back after a year off and it's still unlocked.

Try before you buy

Your first ten rehearsal sessions have confidence scoring, statistics and share cards unlocked, so you can see them working on your own script before you decide.

It follows your account

The unlock is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so a new phone doesn't mean paying again.

Questions

About buying Pro

Is it really a one-off payment?

Yes. OffBook Pro is a single non-consumable purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.

I bought Pro but it hasn't unlocked.

Close and reopen the app first — that resolves it most of the time. If it doesn't, check you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. Still stuck? Email me with your receipt and I'll sort it.

Can I use Pro on my tablet as well as my phone?

Yes — the unlock travels with your Apple ID or Google account, so any device signed into that account has it. Your scripts and rehearsal history are stored per-device and don't sync, though.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by OffBook. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android request it through your Google Play order history.

Why does the price look different from the one on this page?

The store decides the price you pay: it's converted to your local currency, follows the store's own price tiers, and may be discounted while an offer is running. The figure above is the regular price, published for reference.
